DELIVERY

We ship across the EU. Portugal and Spain: 5–8 working days. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard EU shipping is €7.99. Shipping is free on all orders over €89. All duties and taxes are included in your price — there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to return it, for any reason. Items should be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return or a size exchange, email us at cs@ra-ven.com and we'll guide you through it. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.

Return shipping for a change of mind is covered by you. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, we cover everything and send a replacement or a full refund — just email us within 14 days with a photo.

Sale items can be returned within the same 14 days.
