1. Exchange Eligibility (Within 7 Days)

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery only if:

• The item received is damaged, faulty, or defective upon delivery.
• You have received a product different from what you originally ordered.
• There are missing items, tags, or packaging elements from your parcel.

Claims for any of the above must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

Our customer care team will review each case individually and provide a fair resolution. If approved, a replacement item of equal value will be issued and shipped with your next order.

2. Shipping Costs & Customs

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping, handling charges, and custom duties (if applicable).
• Discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Altered garments will not be eligible for return or exchange.
• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
• Items purchased under sale promotions or discounts are non-exchangeable.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders paid via Credit Card can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Instead of a refund, a store credit voucher of equal value will be issued. The voucher will remain valid for 60 days and can be used at www.ravendenim.ae.

5. Order Refusals or Cancellations by Raven Denim

Raven Denim reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason including but not limited to:

• Items found out of stock or damaged during quality checks.
• Technical errors (e.g. pricing, payment issues).
• Failure to meet order validation or payment approval.

6. Product Disclaimer

We aim to display our collections as accurately as possible. However, please note:

• Colors may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or display settings.
• Product images may include styling enhancements used for promotional shoots.
• All details and fabric specifications are listed on our website. Please review them thoroughly before placing your order.
