Terms of Service

1. Introduction
All orders placed through the online store ra-ven.com ("RAVEN") are governed by these Terms of Service. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them.

2. Identity of the website operator
This website is operated by Jamal & Rahma, Lda., with registered office at Rua Paulo Duque,1495-740 Cruz Quebrada-Dafundo (Oeiras), Portugal, NIPC 518954188. For any questions about these Terms, contact us at cs@ra-ven.com.

3. Acceptance and changes
RAVEN may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this website. The version published on the day you place your order applies to that order.

4. Confidentiality
RAVEN keeps your personal data confidential and takes appropriate measures to protect it against alteration, loss or unauthorised access. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Product availability and order refusal
All orders are subject to product availability. RAVEN may withdraw any product from this website at any time. In exceptional circumstances, RAVEN may refuse or cancel an order, even after sending an order confirmation. In that case, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

6. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is made when the order is placed. An order is only valid once payment has been confirmed.

7. Delivery
RAVEN will make its best efforts to deliver within the timeframes shown on our Shipping & Returns page. If RAVEN cannot deliver within that timeframe, we will inform you and you may choose to keep the order or cancel it for a full refund.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns
- You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase.
- To withdraw, email cs@ra-ven.com with your order number, or use the model withdrawal form below.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition, with their original tags and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned once it has been unsealed.
- The cost of returning the items is paid by the customer.
- We will refund you no later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same payment method you used for your order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back or until you provide proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

10. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
